Ask any photographer who knows anything about beautiful natural lighting when the best time to shoot is and you’ll likely be told “during the golden hours”. The golden hours refer to the first and last hour or so of sunlight. There are plenty of technical reasons why the golden hours produce beautiful natural light like a reduced lighting ratio and less contrast, the simple truth is warm diffused light just looks great on film (or digital)! The four photographers below have done a great job of capturing this natural wonder.
Kevin Thom from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada
Mindy & Phil Thornton from Nashville, TN
Thomas Petillo from Nashville, TN
Josh Reeder from Nashville, TN
